disappointed with the staffs actions don’t come here one of the staff (steven) sprayed most of his makers ammo into my little boys foot infront of everyone. never have i ever seen such behavior.

Left feeling ripped off.Staff were friendly and the courses were varied. I can see experienced paintballers really enjoying Delta Force but for more casual / budget-strict people steer clear!Pricing on the day vs. on the phone booking seemed purposefully unclear, promises of discounts thrown around, some weird affiliation with supermarket paid 'gift card' sellers but give no actual value on the day.Rented guns were extremely faulty, frequently needed our guns replaced mid-round. On 100 shots I counted 7 misfires for every 20 trigger pulls, don't forget to shake after every two shots or nothing will come out.Put with pros that were all on one team and whose guns are just way better. Really killed the fun for whoever had to verse them. Really would've liked to have known this in advance, would've preferred just our group of 12.Structure of the games was washy, no indication of how many rounds total you'll play or for how long.As a group, we paid $400 more than what we were budgeting/expecting. The gift voucher was the only reason we went, and it gave none of it's listed value ($40/person), that in particular seems very scammy.

The staff at Delta Force were friendly and approachable. It was clear that they loved their jobs and they were keen to pass on their passion about paintball to their clients by going out of their way to regale them with hilarious paintball stories and by working hard to ensure that everyone had the right equipment and knew how to use it.

Had such a great time last Sunday with my mates. Came away with some awesome bruises and good memories. Big thank you to Bre (Breee) for being such a great marshal and paintball strategic master to us, you were amazing. definitely will be coming back

This isn't my first time playing paintball and to be honest I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect. The people running the place we're inappropriate.

The weather was on/off but we still had a fun time! We're all adults and we had a blast! Definitely not just for the kiddos.

A great day out with friends and family.The day is run by experienced and entertaining martials to ensure it stays fun and safe for everyone.Happy to do this again

I bought some vouchers in the shop just before Christmas for my boys to have their birthdays at Paintball.I made a booking on 5th Jan 23 for 6 boys to play mini ball, voucher used and then paid $25 per person which was for 100 paintballs then on the day told I could buy 1000 for $180 for them to share. So paid $159 to book the boys in for Sunday 29th Jan 23. Got confirmation email, registered all the kids. Friday afternoon I got a call saying that the other groups that were booked that day have cancelled so our group can no longer play as the group is to small. I thought they played amongst themselves in the first place. After saying why can't they still just play I was told the area is to big so they would call me Saturday to confirm, maybe I could change days. Saturday I rang them and They told me they didn't get anymore bookings so we can't play, I said we'll what about Monday, I explained it was for my sons birthday. I was told no Monday we couldn't either as there was no other bookings, I was told I could add more players which I told them I couldn't afford more people so I was just told can book another weekend. I asked for a refund so that I can take my son and his friends somewhere else and they said no, I insisted so they escalated to management. Today (monday) they called me and said the refund was declined that I can book another date, I said do you realise how much organising it takes to book a date where 6 families are all free? That you can't guarantee the same thing won't happen again, I was told they can if I have a larger group which again I said I can't afford more people. I have contacted ACCC, hopefully they can help, beware booking with this company as they don't make it clear that this can happen, they say booking is subject to availability which means if there's not enough people then it's not available yet the website says once you get confirmation email of booking it's valid. It says not all dates are available but other dates are offered, my date was available and booked just because others then cancel it shouldn't be allowed to affect mine. Not a great way to run a business. All I want is my money back.
